Read more... CEO Call for Action - Code Books are in jeopardy. This is a call for action to all Code Officials. The Code Council recently voted to adopt the next version of the International Codes which will be effective in the fall of 2009. There is concern that the New York State Department of State will not be purchasing code books this year. It is imperative that the funding be provided for code books for the next adoption cycle.
