The Finger Lakes Building Officials Association (FLBOA) is once again hosting our annual educational conference. This year the Vendor’s Exhibition will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Rochester Inn and Conference Center.
When you exhibit at this premier event - a part of the Finger Lakes Building Officials Educational Conference - you are instantly in touch with the largest assembly of building safety and fire prevention professionals in New York State. Connect with over 300 quality attendees from the building safety and fire prevention professions when you exhibit at the FLBOA Expo.
As an exhibitor at the FLBOA Expo, you will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with your most important customers for one-on-one selling and education opportunities.
Your Registration fee of $350.00 provides you with a full day of face to face contact with attendees, an 8' table and 2 chairs. In addition, when you provided us with a jpg of your company logo we will place your logo on our Chapter home page for one year from March 1 to March 1.
Set up is from 8:00 – 9:00AM and the show runs until 5:00 PM. Lunch will be provided. Please feel free to bring along an item(s) for our business card drawing. This year in order to maximize your contact with our participants we will be providing the attendees with a card which must be marked by each vendor in order to qualify for a door prize. We will provide each vendor a marking device. We hope that this will assist you in getting more time to discuss your products/services with our membership. Also, please feel free to stop by our hospitality room after the event for additional face time.
