ICC Code Development Process Access

The ICC is developing a new tool to allow Members to participate in ICC's Code Development Process (CDP) online. The biggest news this week is the presentation the ICC will give at the Dallas code hearings on Sunday, April 29. Since 1972 the Finger Lakes Building Officials Association, Inc. has been promoting properly built housing, consistent code enforcement, and educational opportunities for municipal code enforcement officials and building inspectors throughout New York State.

FLBOA is comprised of over 280 county and municipal code enforcement officials from the Finger Lakes region of New York and beyond. Geographically we represent 7 counties. Our mission is to promote professionalism and consistency in the application and enforcement of building codes throughout our area. We achieve these goals through education, development, practice and enforcement of building codes utilizing our combined resources.

We desire that our members and the public enjoy the benefits of a safe and thriving business and community environment.

The Finger Lakes Building Officials Association, Inc. is an organization originally designed to promote programs for the education of Building Officials and to help resolve problems with the building code and related issues. We know we have made an impact in these areas and continue to make progress as an organization.
